Discussion on #239A
The motion was made to adopt proposed amendments to 15-37(A)(1)to remove term limits for the Human
Rights Committee. The motion was seconded. A vote was taken, and the motion failed (2-1, Rotondo in favor).
The motion was made to adopt proposed amendments to 15-37(A)(2)to include membership and include that
15-8(B)(1) shall not apply as it relates to registered voters. The motion was seconded. A vote was taken, and the
motion carried(3-0).
The motion was made to adopt proposed amendments to the last sentence of 15-28(A) while adding as it
pertains to residency and registered voter requirement. The motion was seconded. A vote was taken, and the
motion carried (3-0).
The motion was made to adopt proposed amendments to 15-13(A). The motion was seconded. A vote was
taken, and the motion carried(3-0).
The motion was made to remove in 15-50 the proposed addition of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory
Committee from the ordinance review amendments. The motion was seconded. A vote was taken, and the
motion carried(3-0).
