other license or registration in effect at the location of services, and(d)the licensee is subject to
compliance with Section 192-44 of the City Ordinances pertaining to solicitation.

City Solicitor Stephanie Williams and Assistant City Solicitor Beth Oldmixon answered some questions from
the committee on fortune teller licenses.
Oldmixon read the following stipulations into the record, which the Committee on Legal Affairs recommended
be applied to Order#209 and Order#210:
(a)the licensee shall not offer"pop-up" services at any location without the express permission of the owner or
operator of the location, (b)the licensee is responsible for ascertaining and complying with any law, rules,
regulations, and limitations that the location in question is or may be subject to, and may not engage in fortune
