b. Light Agendas—New Opportunities?
Hutchinson notes the shorter meetings and agendas during the past few months, and
invites Board members to brainstorm issues or items that should be discussed by the
Board during times when agendas are light.

Beckwith gives Board members an update on the Community Preservation Committee's
recent grant application by the City of Beverly to support the Trustees of Reservations in

which will help fund the acquisition. Hutchinson asks for clarification, and Beckwith
reviews the details of the application.
