- Lynch Park Carriage House-Garage Wall Replacement/ Installation of windows
o Mike Collins looking at how the outside wall can be replaced (DPW vs. Contractor- CPC Funding?)
■ NEED TO GET AN ESTIMATE TO MOVE FORWARD! Spoke to Mike Collins and Mayor on
2/3/20. Will be meeting soon w/ Bryant Ayles to discuss Carriage House projects!

o Still working on a few areas to complete project:
■ NEED TO MEET W/ PROJECT TEAM TO DISCUSS FINAL PLANS
■ Add bike racks for the large number of kids that are coming to the park daily.
■ Railings for ADA walkways-Still need to be bid out unless paid w/private funds.
■ Still waiting for 5 signs for LWCF educational criteria to be installed.
- Playground Equipment Repairs:
o Conducting a full survey of all parks, courts and equipment this winter.
- Basketball/Tennis Court Repairs: (Survey ALL Courts)
o Contacted Vermont Surfacing to conduct survey of all courts and estimates for repairs.
Weather has delayed this survey.
o Currently estimating $5001(to $1M to fix all courts
