Chairman Dinkin calls the special meeting of the Hag Board to order at 7:30 p.m.
The first order of business is consideration of a subdivision approval not required plan for
the City-owned Hardie School at 23 Essex Street. Cassidy explains that the City will be
transferring ownership of the property and building to the Montserrat College of Art
tomorrow. This ANR plan is a perimeter plan of the parcel of land that goes with the
school Dinkin ash if the plan meets the Board's requirements for ANR plans. Cassidy
states that with the exception of a locus, the plan meets the Board' s requirements.
Sullivan:
motion to endorse the plan as one not requiring approval under the
Subdivision Control Law, seconded by Flaanery. All members in favor,
motion carries.
Them being no further business, Dinkin asks for a motion to adjourn this meeting of the
Planning Board.
Thomas:
motion to adjourn, seconded by Flannery. All members in favor, motion
carries.
The meeting is adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
