Joanne Dunn, Peter Thomas, Ellen Flannery.
Board members absent: Sat Modugno, Rob Rink, Barry Sullivan, John Thomson
Others present: City Planner Tina Cassidy

Chairman Dinkin calls the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and ash Cassidy to update the
Board.
Cassidy explains that a Subdivision Approval Not Required Plan has been filed for
property at 22 Paine Avenue. This property was the subject of a pork-chop lot special
permit application in 1997. The Planning Board approved the special permit and several
abutters appealed the decision. The Board has now received notice that all litigation
pending in connection with that permit has been dismissed, and the property owner is
asking the Board to endorse the plan as an ANR so that it can be recorded at the Registry
of Dceds.
Dinkin asks if the plan meets the Board's requirements for ANR plans. Cassidy responds
that it does.
Delaney:
motion to endorse the plan for 22 Paine Avenue as one not requiring
approval under the Subdivision Control Law, seconded by Flannery. All
members in favor, motion carries.
Dinkin asks if there is any other business. Them is none.
Thomas:
motion to edjoum, seconded by Dunn. All members in favor, motion
carries.
The meeting is adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
