MINUTES - BEVERLY LICENSE BOARD - September 13, 2001
Meeting called to order at 6:33 p.m.
All members present.
Chairman Kelley introduced the Board. Lt. Roccio present.
1. Pickled Onion, Inc. - transfer of license formerly Freddie's.
Attorney Philip Moran present representing Derek Duffy and Michael
Collins.
Also requesting change in description of licensed premises. Copy of
the plan submitted.
Mr. Ranta- Who will be the manager? Mr. Duffy. You were the
manager of JJ Duffy. Yes.
Mr. Kelley - Anyone present to address the Board? No one present.
Mr. Ranta- Motion to approve the transfer of license and change in
description of licensed premises. Seconded by Mr. Heller. Motion
carried 3-0.
2. Colleen DiMambro - Application for an Entertainment License.
She did not appear.

3. Kitty O'Shea's - Invited before the Board for a status check
concerning the outdoor deck. There have been no complaints. Lt.
Roccio stated the Police Department had not had any complaints.
Mr. Heller- How did it work out? Mr. Lane stated is had been a
very good summer.
4. One-day licenses - Motion made and seconded to approve all
license applications submitted at this meeting for four hours.
Motion carried 3-0.
Next meeting scheduled for October 4, 2001.
Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
