Recommendation of Personnel Committee regarding Miss Scotti's status as
provisional Head of Circulation:
Inasmuch as Miss Scotti has not ful~lled the educational requirements agreed
upon with the Board of Trustees (only one course completed since provisional

(approximately three times the normal rate) the Personnel Committee
recommends that Miss Scotti not be granted permanent status as Head of
Circulation and that she be returned to her former position as Library
Assistant. Further the Personnel Committee recommends that Miss Scotti be
encouraged to seek employment elsewhere.
VOTED (unanimously): To accept the recommendation of the Personnel Committee.
