At the meeting this evening the Secretary announced to the Board the reelection of Mr. Wm.
C. Boyden for five years.
The Board then proceeded to the choice of officers by ballot.
Mr. Win. C. Boyden was chosen President
Mr. Franklin Leach was chosen Secretary
Mr. Jos. D. Tuck was chosen Treasurer
Committee on the purchase of Books Messrs. Leach, Lanphear & Giddings.
Prudential Committee Messrs. Giddings, Tuck & Leach.
Mr. Jos. D. Tuck. Was chosen Librarian for the ensuing year, at a salary of Two Hundred Dollars
with liberty to employ assistants.
The Board then adjourned to May 6th.
