The Trustees held a meeting this evening as per adjournment.
Messrs. Tuck, Giddings, Butler and Dodge present.
The meeting was called to order by the President.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Tuck presented and read a report of the financial condition to date in accordance with
the vote passed at the previous meeting.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That the report be accepted and placed on file.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
