On motion of Mr. Giddings, Mr. Tuck was chosen chaiman.
The Secretary presented the bill of the Times Publishing Co. and a copy of the new catalogue.
After careful examination of the same, Mr. Driver moved that the bill of the printer be paid. Mr. Tuck
offered an amendment that we should ask for a discount of 10 %. The amendment was lost. On
motion of Mr. Driver to pay the printer' s bill for the catalogue, it was passed with an amendment by

voted to dispose of the remaining paper (about four reams) to the T. P. Co. and to sell the Catalogue
to the public at five cents each.
