Meeting opened at 5:30 PM with assessors Peter Caron and Robert Marshall, as well as i as~i~t
assessor Thomas Aceiavatti present.
Voted to abate under the provisions of Section 8 of Chapter 58 the following taxes assessed to
Health and Education Services on property located at 131 Rantoul Street (Parcel #0005-1701).
Authority to abate said taxes was granted on July 29, 1998, by the Deputy Commissioner of
Revenue.
FY1997 Taxes abated: $19,848.55
FY1998 Taxes abated: $19,365.17
Voted to abate the unpaid FY1995 preliminary taxes under the provisions of Section 57C of
Chapter 59 assessed on six condominium units located at 33 Elliott Street. The property was
assessed an actual and separate FY1995 tax bill as a single property after removal from Chapter
183A. No actual FY1995 taxes were assessed on the parcels in question.
