Beverly November 6th 1897
The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Tuck, Giddings, Baker, Dodge, Miss Loring and Miss Sohier.
The records of the previous meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted The financial report as presented by Mr. Tuck be accepted and spread upon the records.
On motion of the Giddings, it was
Voted The question of the disposition of fine money be laid upon the table.
On motion of Miss Sohier, it was
Voted That the following magazines be added to the list, viz
Harpers Round Table, Engineering Magazine and Accumulative Index of Periodicals.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That the list of Periodicals for 1898 as presented be accepted and adopted.
The following is the financial statement made by Mr. Tuck as requested.
