The regular meeting of the trustees was held this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, Bulkeley, Kilham, Webber
and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
The committee on circulation reported 85 titles present accepted.
Voted That the thanks of the Board be extended to Mrs. Caroline H. Coffin for the faithful manner
in which she executed the wishes of Mrs. Sarah H. Turnbull by the donation of pictures for
the Library.
Voted That the age limit be removed at which persons may borrow books from the library.
Voted That the arrangements at the North Beverly Station as now existing, be continued. Referred
to the Committee on Circulation with discretionary power.
Voted That the method of settlement of the financial affairs of the Board be referred to the finance
committee.
Voted That Miss Loring be invited to prepare the report for 1913. To be read at the meeting to be
held on Dec. 27th.
