Beverly October 29th 1910
The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham, Webber, and Dodge.
The record of the last meeting was read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 67 titles present with
15 to come.
Voted That the contract for supplying the list of magazines for 1911 be awarded to the Beverly
News Company.
Voted That the contract for printing the new catalogue be awarded to Messrs. Newcomb and Gauss
of Salem.
Voted That Mrs. Horace Elliott receive the sum of fifty dollars $50.00 for two years from Feb. 1909
for the care and distribution of books at the Centerville Station. Referred to the committee
on branches.
Voted That the thanks of the Board be extended to Mr. Wm. Endicott Jr. for his munificent gift of
elegant volumes to be added to the library.
