Co,-mittee Reports
C. Raymond stated that in regard to the beverly port marina we should keep our ears to the ground.
there has been some correspondence. there was a letter stating that no one from the bhma was present.
bhma was not invited.
J. Frates said that he met with the City Solicitor and others at City Hall. A. Burns would
like to let the Judge know that BHMA never received an invation. A. Wheelock and R.
Gallagher, also feel that a letter should go explaining that no invitation was received.
M. troubetaris made a motion that the bhma send a letter to judge nee explaining that the bhma never
recieved a notice of a meeting referenced on december 29. also state that we look forward to attending,
with a cc to the city solicitor and to s. kinzie of port marina. a. wheelock seconded. all in favor.
d. neuman and j. frates will draft this letter.
review accomplishments of the past year. fixed the electricity on the floats. c. raymond stated that
we should continue to talk with cummings regarding the walkway. m. troubetaris stated that the city
council voted to allow the mayor to do a swap at cummings.
Next Year's view. A. Wheelock stated that we should do something about McDonald's.
M. Troubetaris questioned if we should put out a proposal.
T. Birner asked if we should talk about rates for the summer. Everybody should think
about this and look into what others are charging and come to next month's meeting
ready to vote on the rates.
m. troubertaris asked if anyone knew about the pipeline through beverly. no one has
recieved any information.
A. Burns made a motion to adjourn. m. troubetaris seconded, and all were in favor.
