footage from what we already have.
J. Frates stated that he also talked to representative cahill about the parking lot under the bridge.
we are using it now, but we have no license to do so. we need a formal letter from the state giving us
permission to do so. someone else wanted to get permission to use it for lobster pots. license to do
this individual act was granted. it has since been rescinded.
There was another meetining with the Mayor, L. Bochynski, Dan McPhersonn, m. handly,
J. Frates, and the Kinzies of Port Marina. The legal deadline is tomorrow and both sides
decided to ask for an extension. The kinzies didn't like the letter Bhma. sent. Didn't
think it was helpful. After the Kinzies left the others met. It was pointed out that the
City has 10A Permits. They also talked about Public Access. C. Raymond stated that the
Kinzies don't seem to be interested in Public Access. Port Marina feels they are being
singled out.
