MINUTES OF MEETING
Present: All members except Dan Klcnais was Absent.
Others: Mike Farfell
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Kenney to
accept the minutes of the previous meeting. Mrs. Murphy seconded with all in favor.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Facilities: Mike Fartell gave an update regarding the verandah. One beam to be replaced
by Jaworski.
The cart barn was broken into. Five carts taken. Damage can be repaired though and
insurance will cover the repairs. It was discussed that another spotlight on the pro shop
would shine that way.
Mr. Bennett has been talking to Mr. Handly. Mr. Altshuler was asked to speak on the
law suit. He will ask Mr. Handly to throw out all the RFP's/bids and start over. It would
be better than a trial. Mr. Bennett stated Mr. Handly will ask the Judge to retain
Management for one year while the rebidding is taking place. The new lease would start
January 1, 1999.
Policy and Grievance- Nothing to report.
Sales Report- Submitted for the previous month.
New Business- The first deposits are in, $700.00.
The following requests are for first time leaves: Anthony Dagnese, J. Hugo Gottlich and
Charles Dailey. Granted unanimously.
A motion was made to adjourn by Mr. Crimmins with Mr. Altshuler seconding, 8:40 p.m.
The next meeting will be February 11, 1998 at 7:30 p.m.
